GW284543 (UNC10225170) is a selective MEK5 inhibitor. GW284543 reduces pERK5, and decreases endogenous MYC protein In Vitro GW284543 (10 and 20 μM; 6 h) treatment inhibits MEK5 in a dose-dependent manner and reduces pERK5. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
