Product introduction：

Amca-xSE is an amino active blfluorescent dye, which is widely used to label proteins or other biomolecules containing primary or secondary amines. The storage solution of dye can be prepared with anhydrous DMF or DMSO. The coupling reaction is usually carried out in a buffer of ph~8.5 (such as 0.1-0.2 M sodium bicarbonate buffer). Amca-xSE has a high fluorescence quantum yield, can emit bright fluorescence, and the excitation wavelength perfectly matches the irradiation spectrum of mercury lamp.
