NSC2805 is a WWP2 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor that can significant inhibit WWP2 activity with an IC 50 of 0.38 μM. NSC2805 can be used for the research of cancer. In Vitro NSC2805 has WWP2 inhibitory activity with an IC 50 of 0.38 μM. NSC2805 shows a significant reduction in activity for all three proteins (WWP2, WWP1 and Nedd4).
